Include the game mode, the selected player or pair and season, the tournament or round, and the steps that led to the problem. Your browser and device type can help explain a layout issue. A screenshot of the score or bracket is useful if you choose to share one; remove unrelated personal information first.

Suggest a player-data correction

Tell us which player-year card, result, country, or competition looks wrong. Include a public source where possible and explain the correction you expect. A different opinion about a rating is welcome too, but ratings are part of the game's model rather than official rankings.

Privacy and rights enquiries

Use the same contact channel for a privacy question or a concern about material shown in the game. Identify the page or item concerned and provide enough context to locate it. Do not send passwords, payment details, or identity documents.
